Live Croissant Class
Join me for a Laminated Dough Master Class!! Laminated dough can be intimidating, but we are going to ROCK IT, one step at a time!

About the event
In this class we will bake TOGETHER via Zoom. I will be here to help you each step of the way while we tackle mastering the art of laminated dough. Due to the length of time needed to make croissants, this class will meet a few different times for a total of 4 hours together on Zoom!
Because this schedule may not work for everyone, this class will be recorded and you can always check back on the recording if you need to make these croissants at a later date.
This class will include access to the Zoom recording, my croissant recipe (BONUS ALMOND CREAM recipe for almond croissants), and workbook with tips and tricks, and personal assistance/coaching during our Zoom sessions. We are going to have so much fun!
Class meets two times March 11: 9am -10:30 (Alaska Time), then a few hours later at 1pm-2:30pm (Alaska Time)
Class will reconvene on Sunday, March 12th: 9-10:00am (Alaska Time) to bake off croissants and for a Q&A
In addition, there will be some independent work needed from each student (ie: making the dough Friday night before class), and there will be a prerecorded video for this independent work.
YOU WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF IN THIS CLASS! I cannot wait to get our arm workout in together!
